The children and I really enjoyed my Mom and Dad's visit. We played games, sat by the pool, celebrated Matt's 9th birthday and went bowling. Every time they come we like to provide them with a little adventure. This time we arrange a massive storm, complete with torrential rain, an hour or more of sheet lighting, and 87 mph wind gust. To make it extra special we cut off the electricity at 4 o'clock in the morning, let them get dressed in the dark, brought down power lines, turned off stop lights and delayed their trip home by an hour. I hope for their next trip I am too busy to plan an adventure.
