Why is it .....

If you put a diaper on a ceiling fan and turn it on, the diaper flies off. If you put legos on a ceiling fan and turn it on, the legos flies off. If you put a shovel full of dirt on a ceiling fan and turn it on, the dirt falls off.

But if dust falls on the fan, and you turn on the fan the dust just accumulates and it takes an industrial strength duster to remove.
